Since we have the largest fleet of coach buses and minibuses in Chicago, we have a very rigorous preventative maintenance program in place to ensure our vehicles are reliable and in top operating condition. We follow all federal and state transportation requirements set by The Department of Transportation (DOT).
Having a workers’ compensation policy protects our clients from being held liable if any of our drivers hurt themselves while on your charter. If a driver gets injured, they could file a claim against the company/school/person who booked the charter. Our policy is under Infinity Transportation Management LLC. You can also check our safety rating, inspections, and insurance status at the Federal Motor Coach Safety Administration. Our license is under American One Limo.
The BACP does randomly check buses in Chicago while on charter. The result of not having the permit will lead to having passengers exit the bus and the bus being towed. You can check to see what companies have proper BACP licenses and permits by calling (312) 746-4200. We are licensed as Chicago Bus Rental, Inc.
